Well, that was a surprise!

I was really surprised by the really good customer service and immaculate rooms. It's also located conveniently close to downtown and attractions like the San Manuel Casino. Quiet, spacious parking, and friendly faces make this a gem. Definitely coming back!

Fairly clean and descent hotel with convenient location close to the events I was attending. Location next to good local food places as well as safe area. For tea or coffee visit Jenny's Donuts nearby.

It was just a well-suited match for a holiday in Redlands, great for the money. The clean rooms were a big plus as they always change the shower curtains, important for my kids. Bring your own microwave since not every room has one.

I like the location as it is very close to the freeways and that in the same area there are several options to do from food shopping and car agencies. I like the cost-benefit ratio, it's affordable and good.

I didn't like that at my check in the bank was not working and I had to pay cash. I don't like that in the room there is no water to drink complementary. In this room the room that touched us did not smell of cigarettes is better.

The staff made a huge difference. Carmelo and Linda were attentive. The room was super clean and clearly well-maintained. I appreciated the carpeted floor. The tv provided a nice way to relax after a long day. I loved the comfortable seating area where I could unwind. One little hiccup was the air conditioning-it took a bit to cool down. But once it did, it was good. The location is perfect, with several restaurants just a short walk away. I would definitely choose this place again in the future.
